Return & Refund Policy At Luma Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a generous 90-day return policy. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return any product for a full refund, even if the bottle has been opened and used. What's Covered ✓ Opened bottles - You can try the product and still return it ✓ Unopened bottles - Full refund on unused products ✓ Multiple bottles - Return all bottles from your order ✓ Subscription orders - Each shipment has its own 90-day window How to Return a Product Step 1: Contact Us Email us at help@lumanutrition.com with: - Your order number - Which product(s) you want to return - Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve) Step 2: Ship the Product Back - We will send you the address to our warehouse where you can send the product - Pack the bottles securely (opened or unopened) - Include empty bottles if you've used the product - Ship to the return address we provide - You're responsible for return shipping costs Step 3: We Process Your Refund - We process refunds every Friday - Once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund within 1-2 weeks - Refunds go back to your original payment method - You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs - We recommend using a trackable shipping method - Keep your tracking number until you receive your refund When Will I Get My Refund? Timeline: - We process refunds weekly on Fridays - Allow 1-2 weeks after we receive your return - After we issue the refund, your bank may take 3-5 business days to post it Total timeframe: Usually 2-3 weeks from when you ship your return to when you see the refund in your account. Do I Have to Return the Bottles? Yes, we require you to return the product (including empty bottles) to receive a refund. This helps prevent fraud and keeps our prices low for all customers. Damaged or Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product or a damaged item: We'll make it right: - Contact us immediately at help@lumanutrition.com - Send photos of the damaged item or wrong product - We'll send a replacement right away - You don't need to return the damaged/wrong item Already Consumed the Entire Product? Our 90-day guarantee still applies even if you've finished the bottle. We want you to have enough time to try the product and see if it works for you. - Return the empty bottle(s) - Follow the same return process - Full refund within 90 days of purchase Subscription Returns Each subscription shipment has its own 90-day return window: - If you received 3 monthly shipments, each has a separate 90-day period - You can return one shipment and keep the others - You can also cancel future shipments while returning past ones Questions? How to Cancel an Order

How to Cancel an Order Need to cancel an order? The process depends on whether your order has already shipped. Order Not Yet Shipped If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. How to cancel: 1. Email help@lumanutrition.com immediately 2. Include your order number 3. Request cancellation We'll cancel your order and process a refund right away. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's canceled. Important: Orders typically ship within 24 hours, so contact us quickly if you need to cancel. Order Already in Processing If your order is being processed by our warehouse, we'll forward your cancellation request to our fulfillment team. Two possible outcomes: 1. Caught in time - We stop the order and process your refund 2. Already shipped - See the "Order Already Shipped" section below We'll let you know which applies to your order. Order Already Shipped Once your order has been handed to USPS, we cannot recall it during transit. However, you have two options: Option 1: Refuse Delivery - When the package arrives, don't accept it - Tell the mail carrier you're refusing the delivery - The package will automatically return to us - We'll process your refund once we receive it back (1-2 weeks) Option 2: Return to Sender - If the package is left at your door, don't open it - Write "Return to Sender" on the package - Take it to your local post office - The package will be returned to us - We'll process your refund once we receive it back (1-2 weeks) Option 3: Standard Return Process - Keep the package and request a return - Follow our normal return process (see our Return & Refund Policy article) - You'll need to ship it back at your expense - Full refund within our 90-day guarantee period Canceling a Subscription Order If you want to cancel future subscription shipments (not a current order): 1. Log into your subscription portal (link in any email from us) 2. Click "Cancel Subscription" 3. Your future shipments will stop immediately Or contact us at help@lumanutrition.com and we'll cancel it for you. Order Cancellation by Mistake? If we accidentally canceled an order you wanted: - Contact us at help@lumanutrition.com - We'll create a new order for you - We'll honor the same price and any discounts from the original order Need Help?
