Managing Your Luma Nutrition Subscription

You have complete control over your Luma Nutrition subscription. You can cancel, pause, skip deliveries, change your delivery date, or modify products at any time through your customer portal.

Accessing Your Subscription Portal

  1. View your subscription here: https://lumanutrition.com/a/account/login

  2. You'll be logged into your customer portal where you can make changes

  3. Or contact us by sending us a chat message or emailing use at help@lumanutrition.com and we can manage your subscription for you

Cancel Your Subscription

  • You can cancel at any time with no restrictions or fees

  • Simply log into your customer portal and click "Cancel Subscription"

  • You'll stop receiving future shipments immediately

Pause Your Subscription

Skip a Delivery

Change Your Delivery Date

Change Delivery Frequency

  • Switch between delivery intervals (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.)

  • Adjust based on how quickly you go through the product

Add or Swap Products

  • Add additional products to your subscription

  • Replace a product with a different one

  • Modify quantities
