How to Manage Your Subscription
Managing Your Luma Nutrition Subscription
You have complete control over your Luma Nutrition subscription. You can cancel, pause, skip deliveries, change your
delivery date, or modify products at any time through your customer portal.
Accessing Your Subscription Portal
1. View your subscription here: https://lumanutrition.com/a/account/login
2. You'll be logged into your customer portal where you can make changes
3. Or contact us by sending us a chat message or emailing use at help@lumanutrition.com and we can manage your
subscription for you
Cancel Your Subscription
- You can cancel at any time with no restrictions or fees
- Simply log into your customer portal and click "Cancel Subscription"
- You'll stop receiving future shipments immediately

Pause Your Subscription
- Need a break? You can pause your subscription temporarily
- Your subscription will remain inactive until you choose to resume
- No shipments or charges while paused

Skip a Delivery
- Skip your next shipment if you have enough product
- This pushes your next delivery date forward
- You'll still remain subscribed

Change Your Delivery Date
- Move your next delivery to any date that works for you
- Great for vacations or if you need more or less time between shipments

Change Delivery Frequency
- Switch between delivery intervals (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.)
- Adjust based on how quickly you go through the product
Add or Swap Products
- Add additional products to your subscription
- Replace a product with a different one
- Modify quantities
