Where Is My Order? (Order Tracking)

Shipping Timeframes

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day

Delivery Time:

  • Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping

  • We ship via USPS

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check Your Email - Look for a shipping confirmation email from Luma Nutrition

  2. Click the Tracking Link - The email contains a USPS tracking number and link

Tracking Shows No Updates for 2-3 Days

Sometimes USPS doesn't scan packages at every checkpoint. This is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost. It's likely still moving through the postal system.

What to do:

  • Wait another 1-2 business days

  • Check the expected delivery date

  • If it's been more than 5 business days since shipping, contact us

Tracking Shows No Updates for 5+ Days

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more business days, your package may have been misplaced during transit.

  • We'll investigate with USPS

  • If the package is lost, we'll send a replacement immediately

Package Shows Delivered But I Don't Have It

First Steps:

  1. Check your mailbox, front porch, back door, and garage

  2. Ask family members or roommates if they brought it in

  3. Check with neighbors - sometimes carriers deliver to the wrong address

  4. Look for a delivery notice from USPS

  5. Contact your local post office with the tracking number

Still Can't Find It:
If you've checked everywhere and still don't have your package:

  • Wait 1-2 additional business days (sometimes "delivered" is premature)

  • Contact us at help@lumanutrition.com

  • We'll send you a replacement order right away

No Tracking Number Received

If you haven't received a tracking number within 48 hours of ordering:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Verify the email address on your order

  • Contact us and we'll resend the tracking information

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

We currently offer one standard shipping speed (3-5 business days via USPS), which is already quite fast. We don't offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.
